    If I remember correctly, this was just some guy who visited the Studios Hergé dressed as Tintin. Because Hergé and the people there enjoyed that so much, they took a picture of him and later placed it, namelessly, on the cover of the magazine.
    I can’t think of where I read this, so please correct me if I’m wrong.
